  • Celebrating 65 Years of Impact — Invest in What’s Next

For 65 years, the ACPA Commission for Assessment & Evaluation (CAE) has championed excellence, equity, and innovation in student affairs assessment. As we celebrate this historic milestone, we invite our community to invest in the future of assessment in two distinct ways:
Sponsor an Assessment Champion (Tier Goal: $1,500 | Stretch Goal: $2,000)
Nominate a Leader: CAE is proud to establish the Assessment Champions to honor and recognize colleagues across higher education who have demonstrated outstanding and sustained commitment to the field of student affairs assessment through practice, teaching, scholarship, or leadership. Eligibility is open to the entire field—ACPA membership is not required. Know an Assessment Champion? Nominate them today using this form!

Serve as an Ambassador: As a nominator, lead the peer-to-peer campaign to raise the sponsorship threshold for your nominee.

Annual Recognition: One Assessment Champion will be formally announced and celebrated each year during the CAE Social at the ACPA Annual Convention.

    Honor 65 Years with a $6.50 Micro-Gift

Grassroots Impact: Contribute $6.50 to honor CAE’s 65-year legacy of shared standards and leadership. Every micro-gift propels us toward our total $2,500 campaign goal.

Every dollar contributed directly powers four vital pillars of our commission:
Expand Access & Equity: Provide scholarships to the Student Affairs Assessment Institute for emerging and seasoned professionals.
Early-Career Support: Expanding accessible training and resources for those new to the field.
Drive Research & Innovation: Lay the groundwork for a Future Scholar in Residence dedicated to conducting cutting-edge assessment research while mentoring scholars and campus leaders.
Sustain CAE Operations & Impact: Bolster the general fund to support year-round CAE programming, mentorship initiatives, webinars, and essential field advocacy.
Together, we honor our legacy by investing in the people and ideas that will shape the next 65 years.

In Support of ACPA Foundation

Founded in 1994 during the presidency of Charles Schroeder, the purpose of the ACPA Educational Leadership Foundation (501c3 non-profit organization) is “to enhance the student affairs profession and to generate and disseminate knowledge of college students at all levels within higher education” (Article Three of the Articles of Incorporation). The organization is now known as the ACPA Foundation to more concisely communicate its role as the fundraising arm of ACPA College Student Educators International.

The Mission - The ACPA Foundation exists to support the priorities and activities of ACPA by raising funds and developing resources that help the Association fulfill its mission.

The Vision - The ACPA Foundation will develop sufficient assets to effectively and sustainably fund ACPA’s efforts to provide excellent professional development opportunities to members, advance knowledge in the field, and support the transformative effect of education in the lives of college students.

In order to fulfill its purpose and mission, the Foundation invites members and non-members alike to provide philanthropic support for ACPA's vital initiatives involving research, scholarship, professional development and leadership program.
